Cancellations

You may cancel your order one week prior to the date on which the Norsebox issues are sent. Cancellation requests received after the week deadline shall take effect the following quarter. If you have any problems, please email info@norseboxes.com. Norsebox requires a reasonable amount of time to process your cancellation request. 

Recurring orders - you can cancel online via Manage My Account, or send an email to info@norseboxes.com at any time.

We may terminate your membership, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or our policies, is harmful our business interests, or for an inactive account.
