HOLIDAY 2016 | TOGETHER
2016 was certainly a whirlwind, so we’re going to keep it light! The holidays are all about coming together - we chose objects to help you accomplish exactly that. In 2017, homes are trending away from the cold monotones, and making a warm statement through colorful, curated decor. The items in this issue are small ways to keep the holidays warm, stylish, and most importantly, together!
We have been obsessed with Danish design house, Ferm Living's products for quite some time now. Formed in 2006, Ferm LIVING is known for it’s contemporary designs that take cue from mid-century Scandinavian design. The Copenhagen firm produces furniture, home accessories, and lighting with honest materials that have minimal impact on the environment. Blending craftsmanship and design, Ferm LIVING items are meant for the “small and candid moments in everyday life”.
Ferm Living | Canvas Oven Mitt | $24
Stripped of all unnecessary detail, this quilted oven glove is the perfect minimalist statement whether in use or on display. The leather hang strap detaches for the wash.
Ferm Living | Outline Trivet | $30
This trivet will add a timeless Bauhaus vibe to your holiday table or kitchen. The smoked oak veneer has been laser cut to create an elegant outline effect made of geometrical shapes in the recognizable Ferm LIVING signature.
Ferm Living | Hexagon Opener | $40
A functional and stylish opener for the holidays. Solid brass with matte polish, the six sides give it a unique design but make for excellent grip.
This piece is an elegant statement for home entertaining. Recommended as a top bottle opener for design enthusiasts, we couldn't not include this in the Holiday Issue!
Ferm Living | Cocktail Napkins | $8
Graphic napkins with contemporary mid-century print. These are perfect for dinner or cocktails alongside the bottle opener!
And the inserts!
